The Retail Operations Support Center Specialist provides the first point of contact and resolution on Dealer related sales issues such as sales programs, incentives, dealer payments and VIN related issues. This may involve coaching the dealer staff on proper processes and procedures, reporting and resolving any issues and the possible escalation of issues. This position provides both the needed support and advice to enhance the relationship and provide better service to the dealer organization. The Retail Operations Support Center Specialist supports where applicable sales program payment queries and appeals for center facing incentive activities, supports and administers dealer vehicle programs and ensures all processes, policies and procedures are properly followed. The RSC specialist is also responsible for identifying inefficiencies at the dealer level and will travel in market to conduct process reviews, training and implementation of recommended solutions. This role is responsible for supporting operational activities, generating the needed communication streams to ensure that all stakeholders are properly informed and actively works to ensure a constructive and collaborative working relationship with both the regional team and dealer organization. The Retail Operations Support Specialist position is a gateway to working with BMW's regions, field staff and dealer group. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to develop operational proficiency. This position will prepare candidates for future regional, field and operational assignments.
