Job Responsibilities:

View selected reports by Jobstep or Jep Codes and review open Core orders to assist in scheduling activation. Reports may include HCUT, CNR, LCNR and others designated critical for the business.
Generate spreadsheets that will need to be updated with comments as to date customer reached, name and method of who was contacted (contacts may include MAIN and LCON, depending on situation), customer response and follow up date.
The Service Delivery Rep 2 will occasionally assist team leads, with completion of special projects to improve business processes.
Periodically will assist Order Coordinators with request assignments. 

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years related experience, and customer service experience
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
Strong communication: listening, oral, written
Collaboration skills
Self starter
Ability to multi-task
Computer and keyboarding skills
MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
Successful completion of all Assessments and Interviews, required for this position 

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding technical products and service
Associates or Undergraduate degree
Telecom experience
