The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for providing world-class customer service, increasing revenue for BMW Financial Services, promoting BMW brand loyalty and maintaining desired customer satisfaction results and daily service level objectives.  The Customer Relations Specialist is also responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service through direct contact with drivers, potential drivers, BMW Centers, field staff, and BMW of North America staff.

Minimum Requirements:
1 - 2 years customer service experience

Bachelor's degree
1 - 2 years automotive industry experience
1 - 2 years sales experience
