Role Summary/Purpose: Customer Quality Manager will be the primary contact for the assigned customer in GE Oil and Gas commitment to fulfill and exceed quality expectations of our product and services. In this role, you will be responsible to identify and drive cross functional product and process improvements with large customer impact, leveraging lean six sigma tools and traditional quality methodology.

Essential Responsibilities: In addition, you will:
Be an advocate for the Customer by communicating with GE teams and facilitating the execution of valued added solutions
Work in conjunction with the existing Chevron cross functional teams to provide strong leadership, facilitation, and communications
Track any issues in project execution or installed fleet, lead and facilitate quick resolution with focus on timely completion of RCAs and proactive, systemic process improvement and preventative actions
Lead improvement programs for the customer across GE Operations monitoring leading / lagging Indicators and take actions when they are not meeting the customer expectations
Communicate progress, status and issues within Customer and GE business leaders
Work effectively as integral member of GE's Global Account Team to meet or exceed Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics
Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the areas of Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Process Improvement or Project management leadership
