Note to Users: On April 28th, 2014 Toyota announced it is uniting its separate headquarters locations in North America-including Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., Toyota Financial Services, Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. and Toyota Motor North America- to a single, shared campus in North Dallas Community of Plano, Texas. In addition, we are also expanding our Technical Center on the York campus near Ann Arbor, Michigan and constructing a new facility on Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky’s campus in Georgetown, KY to house Production Engineering.
The purpose of this position is the coordination of yearly and monthly volume planning considering North American Production and Sales conditions. Additionally, responsible for working with other division at TEMA ( Purchasing, Accounting, External Affairs, Information Systems, Corporate Strategy, Human Resources), TMC, NAMC's, and Sales, to communicate production information.
This is non-supervisory position. The specialist's individual responsibilities would consist of the following activities
Vehicle/Unit scheduling
Getsudo volume allocation
Annual plan allocation
Change acceptance
Model change coordination
Process kaizen
Supply chain management
OP development
Monthly, Weekly. Daily vehicle scheduling for NAMCs
Veh/Unit Allocation
Overseas rundown creation
Volume negotiations with NAMC, TMC and Sales Companies
Model change issue
Develop and execute strategies for Annual Plan, Getsudo, Model Change. Also responsible for developing and follow Annual Objectives
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor Science or Bachelor Arts Degree
Microsoft Office
