Responsibilities
Partner with Human Resources and Business leaders across WDP&R to complete workforce analyses and provide decision support for workforce related issues. Use comprehensive set of statistical techniques (e.g., linear regression, path analysis, logistic regression) to conduct highly-complex business analyses. Build presentations using compelling storytelling to be shared with senior leaders and executives.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to share complex analysis via storytelling and visualization
Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
Demonstrated strong analytical skills
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated strong networking skills
Basic understanding of ETL processes and data architecture
Proven experience with SAS
Proven familiarity with SQL, DB2, or SAS data structures
Preferred Qualifications
Proven familiarity with survey methodologies
Certification to conduct focus group
Demonstrated strong influencing abilities
Demonstrated strong proofreading skills
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work with a geographically disperse team
Preferred Education
Master’s degree or higher in Organizational Psychology, Mathematics or related field(s)
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
