This is a part time O&T role supporting all training for hourly non-union and salaried Cast Members. This role will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all new hire OJT and continual training for the Senses Spa Cast and Leaders. This role will also be responsible for scheduling classes, organizing training, and creating a world class training experience for our Cast.
Responsibilities
Day to day accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and schedule training for new and existing hourly non-union Senses Spa Cast Members, Coordinators, and Leaders
Monitor compliance for regulatory training for all spa Cast
Organize and assist with Trainer Selection Process
Support additional initiatives and projects driven by the Operations or Line of Business Teams
Schedule Trainer meetings and classes to support the training team
Run reports to support training compliance and completion
Meet and partner with the operation to discuss training enhancements and lead initiatives
Assist with projects related to training in the Spa line of business
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of the Walt Disney World Resort
Proven strong technical proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Demonstrated strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills
Proven strong facilitation skills
Proven ability to plan, design, and execute training projects
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas
Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years Disney experience
Experience in spas or like roles
Demonstrated experience in Operations Training or training related roles
Proven technical proficiency in SAP, LMS and Gems
Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills
Proven ability to communicate positively and effectively through both written and verbal channels
Ability to work with diverse Cast Members at all levels within the organization
Required Education
High School Degree or equivalent
