Representatives will interact with clients to address and resolve inquiries by taking ownership of the client experience.

The Billing Disputes Expert provides personalized, professional service to our clients as their advocate in opening disputes, providing the status on existing disputes and identifying security concerns for our clients. Responds to inbound phone inquiries from clients and if applicable, contacts merchants to help resolve billing issues.

Qualifications

Operate in a full service environment to resolve complex and expansive set of customer inquiries across multiple systems.

Navigate multiple systems and service customers across platforms; which, adds complexity to the positions scope.

Maintain detailed knowledge of a subset of product and service offerings to customers.

Analyze risk areas and identify solutions to meet customer's need.

Strong problem solving skills, the ability to multitask andmake quick, effective decisions

Must be able to demonstrate an empathetic approach with our clients and a warm, respectful tone while consistently meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations.

Must utilize exceptional judgment to solve the dispute in a manner that delights the customer while minimizing operating loss/liability through interpretation and adherence to Association rules/regulations.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required.
