Section/ Site Lead Supervisor
This position will be a site supervisor, for work that we have a partnership with the Sierra Army Depot in Herlong CA. This position will be the over responsible manager for a HEMTT refurbishment program.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in related field with a minimum of 3 years experience. In lieu of formal education 11 years of experience. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
Minimum of 15 years in the maintenance field for Heavy Tactical Wheeled Vehicles, specifically the HEMTT.
Must have direct supervisory experience for a minimum of 15 personnel.
Additional Qualifications:
Capable of resolving complex technical issues in primary area of responsibility.
P&L experience preferred
Foreign Military Sales experience preferred.
Ability to determine in lieu of or substitutable spare parts, fluids, sets/tools/outfits and interpret technical manuals or drawings
Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
