The Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring the North America (NA) Consumer Care Center (CCC) operates in compliance with; Corporate policies, Internal procedures and policies, and applicable Regulatory Agency requirements. He/she will also contribute to key Quality Systems applicable to the NA CCC including; Internal Self-Inspection Program related to CCC functions, GMP Compliance audits of Service Providers, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program, Investigation documentation and trending and appropriate management of quality documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality System Procedures) relevant to the CCC function.
The will build partnerships with key internal partners such as Healthcare Compliance, Legal, Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety. Also, as a member of the NA CCC Operations Team, responsible for ensuring third party outsource vendor representatives deliver a consumer experience that meets Johnson & Johnson high standards. This includes monitoring consumer satisfaction, data entry accuracy, fulfillment accuracy, and adherence to SOPs and governing regulations. Serves as a NA CCC subject matter expert on functional and operational processes. Maintains operational knowledge of CCC policies and regulatory expertise related to all aspects of complaint management, adverse event and product quality complaint reporting and consumer privacy. Ensures NA CCC departmental and service provider SOPs are reviewed regularly, are updated and remain in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Maintains NA CCC departmental library of processes and reference documents; acts as system administrator for NA CCC use of GSS and Symphony. Participates in auditing internal NA CCC and external service providers, and ensures appropriate corrective action completion . Participates in the facilitation of all audits of the NA CCC, both corporate and regulatory.Participates in and/or provides support/guidance to business partners (e.g. – Safety, QA) in any regulatory inspections where the NA CCC is asked to participate. Supports the NA CCC Investigation/CAPA process, may prepare and present periodic metrics data to NA CCC leadership and business partners, as applicable. Coordinates the training of NA CCC employees and external service providers with NA CCC Training team in appropriate compliance practices. Participates in special projects as assigned. Performs Second Pass Accuracy (SPA) in accordance with procedural timelines. Provides issues management support for escalations from Safety, QA and/or external service providers. Manages the US Escheat Reporting Cycle process, including coordination, preparation and reporting of unclaimed property to the appropriate States.Partners closely with the Global Consumer Care Quality and Compliance team and serves as a Johnson & Johnson (J&J) liaison to the external service provider’s quality function.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum 5 years of experience in consumer service environment is required. Experience in Call Center operations is required.Previous experience in complaint vigilance, medical safety or similar environment is an asset. Previous auditing and/or regulatory inspection support experience is an asset.Understanding of regulatory policies and guidelines for all classifications of supported products is required. Specific understanding of complaint and pharmacovigilance policies is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required. Ability to respond to quickly changing situations with agility is required. Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced and continually changing environment is required. Understanding of Consumer Care processes and Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Compliance and Privacy policies is an asset. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and/or Project Management tools is an asset.
This position can be located in Fort Washington, PA, Skillman, NJ or Guelph Canada and will require up to 25% travel both domestic and international based upon business needs.
