This is a part-time temporary on-call position. There are no benefits associated with this position.
Performs various advanced administrative projects/assignments in support of:
o director/manager
o department or program
Initial Engineering Analysis on a task order by task order basis
o Researches, electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.
o Prepares design sketches and general equipment design of simple parts, instruments, apparatus, circuit layouts, etc.
o Performs relatively simple engineering and mathematical formulas and computations.
o Prepares analysis of technical data and information for Proposal Efforts and Task Order Capture.
o Assists other technical personnel in the preparation of technical reports, graphs and charts.
Maintains department/site databases and statistical spreadsheets
Collection and review of IDIQ Task Order information
Scheduling appointments
Review and evaluate Task Order information with filter
Send information via email or portal on Task Order Information and Expression of Interest to Program Managers, Capture Managers, and HTSI Partners
Train partners on IDIQ Partner Portal
Train Internal Customers on IDIQ TOMs
Edits text and graphics for content and grammar
Performs research for task orders
Performs minimal SharePoint portal edit
Performs task order submission in SharePoint Portal
