Summary:
This position is responsible to grow, maintain, and improve the CSIM (Customer Specific Inventory Management) and AMOS (Alert Monitoring for Open Stock) programs for all businesses in NA and global, as needed. CSIM and AMOS are inventory management and order fulfillment programs that deliver cash flow improvement. The goal of CSIM is to align business objectives and streamline supply chain for both Sealed Air Corporation and our customers while the goal of AMOS is to align the SAP Open Stock parameters for both Sealed Air Corporation and our customers. The business value is a direct result of increased information flow.
Communicate the NA strategy for the execution of CSIM/AMOS and other inventory management programs that improve Sealed Air corporations and/or customer’s inventory.
Work with Sales and Customer Service to identify specific customers who are good candidates for CSIM.
Communicate internally and externally, as needed, on what the CSIM/AMOS programs are and the benefits it offers to Sealed Air and the customer.
Visit customer sites to evaluate the success of the program and get customer feedback.
Responsible for monthly reporting of CSIM/AMOS metrics against goals / targets
Manage setting up new customers on CSIM
Manage the periodic review process for all customers on CSIM and materials on AMOS to ensure we are getting the expected results
Explore creative ideas on how the company can service customers in a more integrated fashion that creates win/win scenarios for both the company and the customer
Basic:
BS Degree from an accredited college/university
5 – 8 years’ experience in a similar role working with an inventory management or order fulfillment program
Working knowledge of SAP and SAS required.
Additional:
Established knowledge of Sealed Air and/or Diversey businesses (organization, customers, materials)
Established strong credibility and relationships with sales, supply chain, and customer service.
Demonstrated ability to manage and initiate actions required to achieve business objectives and proactively support the Sealed Air business units
Established and active demonstration of business acumen and financial skills required to perform productivity modeling.
Ability to effectively train others and work closely with a team and manage people.
Experience and demonstrated ability to use applicable MS Office software
Ability to learn new IS tools/applications as required
