Recruiting Manager - North America

Sealed Air Corporation - Charlotte, NC

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for executing and directing talent acquisition operations for Sealed Air North America. The Manager will work closely with the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, business leaders and HR business partners to anticipate the talent needs of the business and will be responsible for developing a pipeline of talent ready to meet the strategic needs of the business.

Additionally, the position will be responsible for the development of recruiting campaigns to define talent acquisition initiatives focused on building the employment brand in our new headquarters location in Charlotte, NC. This person will ensure strong candidate experiences representing Sealed Air to the recruiting community in the Charlotte area. It will include additional responsibilities but not limited to the following:
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute comprehensive recruiting plans with the ability to recruit and develop candidates at all levels
Participate in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions
Meet established hiring goals for North America and maintains compliance within talent acquisition
Generate qualified candidates through a variety of cost-effective recruiting efforts
Interact and build successful relationships with key internal business leaders and serve as a primary source of recruitment strategy, consultation, and education to the organization
Manage a centralized recruitment staff and provide direction to recruiting initiatives; personally produce, recruit for Director level and above roles.


Bachelor's degree
7+ years of corporate recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 years at leadership level/manager level
Previous experience overseeing or managing a talent acquisition team while personally producing at a high level


Demonstrated ability to execute recruitment operations including developing broad sourcing strategies, candidate management and interview process management for positions at all levels across the organization
Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, compensation/salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
Excellent interpersonal, communications and people leadership skills
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities while managing high-volume recruitment processes
Experience implementing and managing applicant tracking systems
Excellent social media proficiency – ability to proactively source and mobilize relevant candidates directly
Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
