Working with the Payroll Analyst, ensure that 1100+ employees at the Simpsonville site are correctly paid and that all pay-related accruals are balanced and that requested reporting is conducted in a timely and accurate manner.  The sucessful candidate will have ADP or Kronos paytoll related experience. PeopleSoft experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Track approved and unapproved absences and draft appropriate communications to management and employees.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:
Highschool/Secondary
2+ years of previous payroll experience in ADP and/or Kronos

Preferred:

Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness.
Data Entry Skills
General Math Skills
Financial Software
Reporting skills
Verbal communication, highly organized.
