SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
This position will be responsible for all contracted service obligation including, but not limited to: Industrial Laundry, Industrial Warewash, Industrial Housekeeping, Industrial Food Safety and Sanitation Audit completion, training of customers on products and equipment, servicing of chemical dilution equipment, driving sales within the accounts by providing an inventory and suggested order at each visit, internal reporting and administrative duties, service call response and completion per contracted requirements, and building and maintaining customer relationships for a territory of stores. This position requires detail administrative documentation including, but not limited to: Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily Reports, Performance Reports, Service Call Closure reports, NSO/project updates and completion reports. This position uses emerging electronic technology for communication, reporting and auditing. This position services and trains on emerging platform technology for chemical dispensing
Responsibilities:
Meet contractual customer service level agreements.
Train customers on product applications through demonstration.
Provide inventory management for the end user.
Identify sales opportunities within accounts.
Utilize service observations to drive sales driven solutions.
Implement and train on new products.
Penetrate existing accounts by range selling and add on sales in departments using competitor programs.
Maintain dispensing platforms
Responsible for ensuring our chemical dispensers are functional and comply with account standards through preventative maintenance.
Respond to all service calls per SOP.
Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Mechanically inclined and innovative
Possess a valid US Driver’s License
Ability to travel overnight 30% of the time
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Environmental Science, Biology, Life Sciences preferred
Technical school preferred
Previous experience servicing warewash and laundry dispensing equipment preferred
Possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record
Professional attitude and be self motivated/directed
Time management, communication skills, decision making, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills
Computer technology experience – Email, Excel, Word, Google Apps, Cell Apps, SMS, iMAP
Ability to work cross functionally to achieve company goals
Ability to lift objects up to 35 lb.
Ability to use basic handtools
Commercial or Industrial Laundry troubleshooting, dispensing, installation and programming
Experience in Laundry, housekeeping or dish care (Warewash) or other Jan/San related experience
Technical equipment maintenance is a big plus
Tunnel laundry experience
